Returns 
No returns unless item is faulty, damaged, or if you ordered the wrong size. There is no refund if you order the wrong size, simply the option to exchange for a different size. For more information on how to return,

Exchanges (if applicable) 
If your item was damaged, faulty, or the wrong size, you will need to
contact our customer support team over at  [email protected].uk and ask for the return address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If your item was lost in the mail, you will be entitled to a refund.
